Senior Management Team

With over 100 years of automotive experience, our senior management team led by Mr. Robert F. Bleecker leads an organization with four locations and hundreds of individuals. Rounding out the management team are Robby Boswell and Alvin Ivey.

Alvin Ivey

alvinivey@bleecker.com Alvin is NADA certified, AFIP certified, and SFE certified. He is a UNCP graduate with a business degree. Alvin currently serves on the UNCP Foundation Board. Also, Alvin currently serves as President of Red Springs Chamber of Commerce. He is Master Mason as well as a Shriner. He is the Vice President of Newsouth Automotive Group. Alvin is the General Manager of Bleecker in Red Springs. He has been with Bleecker for 22 years. Please contact Alvin if you have any questions.

Robby Boswell

robby.boswell@bleecker.com Robby Boswell is the Chief Operating Officer of the Bleecker Family of Dealerships. He is a Fayetteville native and is a graduate of Methodist University where he was a standout Baseball player. He is a member of the Foundation Board of Directors. Robby has been with the Bleecker organization for 15 years. He is NADA and GM certified as well AFIP and SFE certified. Robby has achieved Elite Master Sales status within the GM organization. In his spare time, Robby is a member of the Cedar Falls Baptist Church as well as a board member of the Methodist University Alumni Board of Directors. Also Robby is a Member of the Highland Country Club.

Jamie Dyson

jdyson@bleecker.com Jamie serves as our Financial Director. He is NADA certified, AFIP certified and GM certified. Jamie has worked at Bleecker for ten years. Feel free to contact Jamie if you have any questions.

Melissa Richardson

mrichardson@bleecker.com Melissa is a vital part of the Internet Sales department. She has worked in Internet Sales for the past three years and brings to Bleecker a vast knowledge of the field. She is currently working on her GM certification. Melissa is a Lumberton native and is the proud mother of 3 beautiful children. Tony Lee

tlee@bleecker.com Tony has been in the automotive business for fourteen years and currently holds the position of Sales Manager. He is AFIP certified, GM certified, and NADA certified. He is the pastor at God's Temple Church. In his free time Tony and his lovely wife Pam enjoy going to Lumberton High School football games to watch one of his two sons play with the varsity team. Tony and his team of sales people are ready to sell you a car today so give him a call.

Jennifer Britt

Jamie Johnson

Jamie works in the Service Department. He is new working with the Bleecker family and is ready to help you.

Steve Rising

Steve is the Service Manager in the Service Department. He has been working there for 24 years. Steve has been married for 46 years. He has one daughter and one son.

Dean H. Russell

drussell@bleecker.com Dean Russell is NADA and GM Sales certified. Dean is also a GM CID Certified Internet Manager. Graduating from Saginaw Valley State University Dean has a degree in Marketing and Finance. He has been in the Automobile and Powersports Industry since 1990 when Dean was the owner of a Powersports Franchise in Northern Michigan. Dean relocated to North Carolina in 1997 and has been dealing with Auto Dealers throughout Southeastern NC. Since joining Bleecker Dean has had the mission of redeveloping the Dealership websites and works on a daily basis to improve the Internet Sales Department. Dean is married and lives in Fayetteville with his wife Donna and daughter Hanna. Dean was the Fayetteville Car Salesman of the year as voted by the readers of the Up and Coming magazine in 2005, and was also honored as the Outstanding Volunteer of the Year 2002 by the Fayetteville Area Chamber of Commerce.

Nakatoe Haywood

nhaywood@bleecker.com Nakatoe "Kato" Haywood is NADA certified. Kato is a Lumberton native and has been in the area all of his life. He has been in the automotive sales industry for two years and joined the Bleecker Family of Dealerships last year. Kato is twenty nine years old and has four daughters from the ages six to twelve. He enjoys shooting pool and traveling but most of all helping people find the right vehicle to fit their needs.

Jamie Wilkins

jwilkins@bleecker.com Jamie Wilkins has been with Bleecker Automotive since February 1, 2007 and is certified through General Motors. He has been in the autmotive industry for thirteen years and has been associated with Honda, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Buick, and GMC. Jamie is a Robeson County native whom graduated from Lumberton Senior High school and attended Robeson Community College. He enjoys water sports, spending time with his family and pets and watching the NFL on Sundays. "Go Panthers". Wendy Parrish

Nelson Dial

nelson.dial@bleecker.com Nelson Dial is NADA and GM certified. He is a 1975 Graduate of UNC Pembroke, with a degree in Business. Nelson spent twenty years in the finance arena before making a switch to automotive sales. Bleecker in Red Springs has been his home for the last ten years. Nelson has been married to his wife Suzette for twenty nine years. They have been life long residents of the area and enjoy spending time with their three children and three grandchildren. Nelson also enjoys his time teaching the Lords word at Willards Chapel in Rowland NC. Please feel free to contact Nelson for all of your automotive needs.

Gabriella Goodman

ggoodman@bleecker.com Gabriella Goodman has just recently just joined the Bleecker family. When she is not working, she is spending quality time with her wonderful husband of five years, Joseph Sean Goodman, and with the two loves of her life, Isaiah Paul and Hannah Hope. Gabriella is very active in her church. She and her husband are both the youth ministers and music leaders. Gabriella is very dedicated to her music and playing the piano at God's Temple Church. She looks forward to serving you with that same dedication at Bleecker of Red Springs.

George McPhaul

GMcPhaul@bleecker.com George McPhaul is a member of Mt. Zion Methodist Church. He is a part of a Gospel radio station. George is a member of Ouda Temple #147 and Carpenters Consistory #147.
